May I collect my order.

Yes you may. If ordering online, please select COLLECTION upon checkout. A collection note will be sent within 4-6 hours. Please contact us if you would like to collect your order the same day, this depends on your payment reflecting in our account.

We also deliver free of charge anywhere within the Cape Metropolitan Area.

Countrywide delivery will be for your account, we can assist where possible.

How Do I track my order?

When your order is ready to be shipped an email will be sent with the Waybill number and tracking details.

What Payment Options are Available?

We have various fast & secure payment methods available..

If you purchase online you will be able to checkout with PAYFAST (credit card / debit card / Instant EFT ).

We also offer YOCO Credit Card Payment compatible an secure for all South African Bank Cards.

Alternatively, you can also checkout and select the Direct Fund Transfer option. (EFT)

If you contact us at accounts@rsa-electrical.co.za we can issue you with an Invoice.

You will be able to pay via EFT or we can send you a YOCO Credit Card link.

We also have a YOCO credit card machine for in store purchases.

We accept all major credit cards.

Do you install Custom Made Solutions?

If you can't find what you are looking for please contact us at rob@rsa-electrical.co.za and we will put together a custom kit for you.
